TMZ.com: Michael Jackson’s personal trainer and “Hulk” star Lou Ferrigno was on “Good Day LA” yesterday, saying MJ used to prank call him using the name “Omar” — one of the names Jackson also frequently used to score powerful drugs, like Demerol.
