HSM4 Auditions | Audition Info for High School Musical 4

Walt Disney Studios announced this month that “High School Musical 4″ is definitely a go! Although the original cast of Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and Corbin Bleu won’t be included in  HSM4, Disney is promising a new and exciting cast of characters that are sure to please.

The plans are for “High School Musical 4″ to be released as a Disney Channel Original Movie in 2010. Here’s a Disney quote about the HSM4 project:

“East meets West in a classic love triangle set against the cross-town school rivalry between the East High Wildcats and West High Knights in the upcoming High School Musical 4, the fourth story in the celebrated franchise that became a cultural sensation, fueled unprecedented digital music downloads.”

“High School Musical 4″ is considered in the pre-production stages. Here is the preliminary audition information:

Preparing for a Singing Audition: Be in Good Voice

If you’re planning to audition for a singing role at one of the Walt Disney World resorts or theme parks, here’s a quick tip that might help you get an audition callback.

The tip… Be in good voice!

If you haven’t sung much lately, you can’t expect to go into your WDW audition and perform well. If you choose to audition, you really should try to sing every day to keep your voice healthy and strong. Look over the score for your audition selections and listen to a cast CD if possible, then start singing the songs from the show every day.

If you’re sick on your audition day, remember the old saying “the show must go on.” You may tell the casting director ONE TIME that you are sick…but only one time!

Announcing the New Jonas Brothers Album

A television advertisement to promote the Jonas Brothers’ new album “Lines, Vines and Trying Times” has been released. It shows scenes from “Paranoid”, their newest music video and includes a description of what fans can expect on the new album.

The “Lines, Vines and Trying Times” album is set for worldwide release on June 16, 2009. In addition to “Paranoid”, the album will include “Fly With Me” - from the movie “Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian”. The album also includes the rapper “Common” as a featured guest.
