1. Why should I register for a personal account with TalentJUG?


- As a new or established talent, TalentJUG offers an affordable way to promote yourself online.

All Personal Accounts Include:

  • Full Profile with Profile Picture, Rep Contact info, Physical info and more.
  • Up to 50 images
  • Audio upload
  • Unlimited YouTube Video integration
  • Access to Casting Calls, Auditions
  • Access to the TalentJUG Resource Directory
  • Your own personal URL
  • Easily link your TalentJUG profile to your personal website, myspace page or IMDB page
  • Messaging System so Industry Pro’s can easily contact you
  • Featured rotation on our Homepage
  • Submission into our search database
  • More features will be added on a regular basis

 

 

2. How do I sign up with TalentJUG?


If you have representation, you should first contact them to create an account for you, or, you can sign up online yourself by following the “Sign Up” registration process on http://www.TalentJUG.com

 

 

3. How much does TalentJUG cost?


We charge a standard, flat fee of $7.00 per month which gives you full access to TalentJUG and all of it’s features. You may also elect to sign up for a 6 month subscription and 12 month subscription which will give you a significant savings. We DO NOT charge any set-up fees or additional fees for features on our site.

 

 

4. What methods of payment do you accept?


We accept Credit Card and E-check payments through PayPal (http://www.PayPal.com). All monthly payments will be on a subscription basis and the selected method of payment on sign up will be automatically billed monthly.

 

 

5. How do I cancel my membership? Can I get a Refund?


There are no refunds on subscription payments. If you wish to cancel your membership, please log into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription with us. If you have any questions, send us an e-mail to info@TalentJUG.com

 

 

6. Where are we located?

7. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my login information?


If you have forgotten your password, go to the sign in page of TalentJUG.com and click on the “Forgot Password” tab. Follow the instructions and you will be e-mailed a new password.

 

 

8. How do I change my contact info, sizes and other info shown in my profile?


Log into your account and click on “Account Setting”. Select the tab in which the information you want to change is displayed. Once the information is changed, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page and your information will be updated.

 

 

9. How do I enter my Resume?


When logged into your account, click on “Account Settings” and select the “Resume” tab. You have 2 options. You may upload a resume in Word or PDF format. You may also manually type in your work history. Once you have uploaded your file or typed in your work history, click “Submit” and your Resume and work history will be posted to your profile.

Industry Pro FAQ

 

1. How do I sign up as a Casting Director or Industry Pro on TalentJUG?

 

To sign up as an Industry Pro on TalentJUG, click on the Sign Up button on the homepage and select the “Industry Pro” tab.

 

 

2. How do I post a Casting Call, Audition or Job Notice?

 

When logged into your account, click on the “Post Casting Call/Audition”, fill out the required form and once completed, click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. Your notice will now be posted in the “Casting Calls” page of TalentJUG.com

 

 

3. How do I delete a casting call or notice?

 

To delete a casting call or notice, log into your account and click on the “My Casting Calls/Auditions” tab. On this page you can view all your submitted notices, and you may delete any of the listed notices shown.

 

 

4. How do I add my company to the resource section?

 

When signing up as an Industry Pro, you will be asked if you would like to add your company to the Resource Directory. By checking the box, you are agreeing to add your company to the directory. Please allow up to 5 business days for your listing to appear.
